Fish without fish or bones – Good Catch

The American company Gathered Foods develops and produces these products based on plant protein. The current product line covers vegan tuna, crab cakes, fish cakes and fish burgers.

The fishy taste and smell origins by algae oil, the other ingredients include pea protein isolate, soy protein isolate, chickpea flour, lentil protein, fava bean protein or bean flour in different combinations.
