New football shirt design: Werder Bremen kicks with Green Legend Logo during „Veganuary“

Instead of the WIESENHOF-logo the jersey shows the new brand „Green Legend“ on players‘ chests. Green Legend has already been introduced last October by the PHW-Group. This new product line stands for 100% plant-based delight. Accompanying „Veganuary“ the Werder players will kick the entire January wearing the Green Legend logo on their jersey. Veganuary is a non-profit, international organisation and campaign that encourages people worldwide to follow a vegan lifestyle during January.

We follow the trend and position ourselves as a supplier of high-value protein-products, Consumers want nowadays variety. Besides the wide range of poultry specialities, we offer since 2015 our own vegan product range, which has been now completed by a new brand in product portfolio: Green Legend.
 

Full delight based on precious plant protein

Green Legend’s USP: every product is 100% free of animal-derived ingredients – no egg and no milk as well as no milk sugar (lactose). The Green Legend products stand for full vegan delight combined with 100% meat taste. Additionally, in comparison to many other meat alternative products, the vegan products are without soy, flavour enhancers, palm oil and coconut oil. Instead the main ingredients are traditional field crop like peas, fava beans, corn and wheat.
 

Plant-Power at Point of Sale

Starting October 1st 2020 the PHW-Group offers five vegan cold cut products as well six meat- and fish alternatives for fresh and deep frozen market, all based on plant protein.
